4 -Point Inspection

  • Roof-to-Wall Attachments: Inspects how the roof is secured to the walls, including clips, straps, or toenails.

  • Roof Deck Attachment: Evaluates the roof deck fastening system, including nail size and spacing.

  • Roof Geometry: Identifies the roof shape to determine potential insurance discounts.

  • Opening Protection: Determines whether windows, doors, skylights, and garage doors are impact-rated or protected with approved hurricane shutters.
